CalcEmbed ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Kambo Holdings LLC (Wyoming). This policy covers data collected on calcembed.org.

Information we collect

Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for anonymized traffic data on calcembed.org. Opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Payments: Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card data. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing. Your email address is collected at checkout to deliver your API key and embed code.

API keys and domain allowlists: We store your API key, the domains you authorize for embedding, and your purchase record. This is required to deliver the service.

Embedded calculators on customer sites: CalcEmbed widgets embedded on third-party sites do not collect personal data from end users. Calculator inputs are processed in the browser and are not transmitted to our servers.

Data retention

Purchase records and API keys are retained for the lifetime of your license. GA4 data retained 14 months. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us — note that deleting your API key will deactivate your embedded calculators.

Your rights

For CCPA purposes: we do not sell personal information. California residents may request access to or deletion of their data by contacting us at the email in their purchase confirmation.

Children's privacy

CalcEmbed is a business-to-business service not directed at children under 13.
